Mike Flowers

Mike Flowers is Chief Analytics Officer at Enigma, a data and technology company based in New York City. From 2009-2013 he served under Mayor Michael Bloomberg as New York City’s first Chief Analytics Officer, leveraging data intelligence for public safety, human services and economic development. Previous positions include investigative counsel to the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations for the financial crisis of 2008, and Deputy Director of the Department of Justice’s Regime Crimes Liaison Office in Iraq for the trial of Saddam Hussein.
