Marc Hecker
Marc Hecker is the Director of Publications and Chief of "Politique étrangère" at the French Institute for International Relations (IFRI) in Paris and a research fellow at the Security Studies Center. He holds a PhD in political science from University Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne and teaches a course on "terrorism and asymmetric warfare" at Sciences Po. He has written several books, including "Intifada française? De l'importation du conflit israélo-palestinien" (Ellipses, 2012) and "War 2.0. Irregular Warfare in the Information Age" (Praeger, 2009 with Thomas Rid).
