Owen J. Daniels

Owen J. Daniels is the Andrew W. Marshall Fellow and policy communications specialist at Georgetown University’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET). He is also a 2022-2023 Penn Kemble Forum fellow at the National Endowment for Democracy. He is the winner of the inaugural Andrew W. Marshall Foundation Paper Prize Competition on New Revolutions in Military Affairs. He previously worked in the Joint Advanced Warfighting Division at the Institute for Defense Analyses, at the Atlantic Council, and at Aviation Week Magazine.
