Oksana Kuzan

Oksana Kuzan is the head of the analytical department of the Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation. She is an expert on Russia, propaganda, disinformation, and influence campaigns. She has been studying the hybrid influence of Russia and propaganda for more than 10 years. From 2021 to 2023, she led a group that prepared for Ukrainian defense agencies an analysis of possible threats from Russia and social changes in the Russian Federation.
