Phoebe Benich

Phoebe Benich is a Cyber Strategy and Policy Analyst with the U.S. Cyberspace Solarium Commission. Prior to joining the commission, she worked as a defense consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations with concentrations in Strategic Studies and International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
