Philip Caruso

Phil Caruso is a fellow with "The Living Legacy of the First World War" project at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs. He is a military veteran and previously served as a Pacific Delegate with the Carnegie Council's Asia Dialogues program. He is a Tillman Scholar and Terence M. Considine Fellow in Law & Economics at Harvard, where he is a candidate for JD and MBA degrees.
