Rachel Bessette

Rachel Bessette is an MA candidate in Security Studies at Georgetown University where she focuses on issues at the development-security nexus in the Middle East. She has conducted field research on violent extremism in Lebanon and researched the 2011 Hirak protests as a Fulbright Scholar in Jordan.
