Robert Eatinger

Bob Eatinger is a Partner at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig where he leads its national security law practice. Bob retired from the CIA in 2015 after 24 years in the Office of General Counsel, including a five-month period as the acting general counsel. Bob also has 30 years of active duty and reserve service as a Navy judge advocate, retiring with the rank of Captain. He is also the founding Principal of SpyLaw Consulting, LLC, a consulting service for companies that interact with the intelligence community and law firms needing temporary assistance with national security and intelligence legal matters.
