Ruwanthika Gunaratne

Ruwanthika Gunaratne is a lawyer specializing in international law, international humanitarian law, and international human rights law. From 2016 to 2018 she served on the Yemen Panel of Experts for the UN Security Council, and prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, she served on the Sudan Panel of Experts for the UN Security Council.
