Rachel Homer

Rachel Homer is Counsel at Protect Democracy. Before joining Protect Democracy, she served as an Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, on the Civil Appellate staff. Rachel has also worked at the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Homeland Security. Rachel received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, and she clerked for the Honorable Diane P. Wood on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable John D. Bates on the U.S. District Court for the District of D.C.
