Richard Primus

Richard Primus teaches constitutional law, theory, and history at the University of Michigan Law School. In 2008, he was the co-recipient (with Randy Barnett) of the first-ever Guggenheim Fellowship awarded in the field of constitutional studies. Primus is a member of the Board of Advisors of Protect Democracy, a founding member of the Academic Freedom Alliance, and a senior editorial adviser of the Journal of American Constitutional History.
