Samuel Estreicher

Samuel Estreicher is the Dwight D. Opperman Professor of Law and co-director of the Institute of Judicial Administration. Among his areas of interest, he teaches U.S. foreign relations law and has been actively involved in Alien Tort Act litigation in the Supreme Court and lower courts, most recently in connection with Jesner v. Arab Bank.
