Shannon Green

Shannon Green is a non-resident senior fellow at the Janne E. Nolan Center on Strategic Weapons, an institute of the Council on Strategic Risks, a retired U.S. Marine Corps judge advocate, and most recently served on the House Armed Services Committee where she oversaw the Department of Defense chemical demilitarization program.
