Stefan Heumann

Stefan Heumann is member of the management board at the Berlin based Think Tank Stiftung Neue Verantwortung (SNV). During the past years he worked on building and establishing SNV’s focus on issues at the intersection of technology and public policy. He is particularly interested in new challenges that technology poses for privacy, national security and foreign policy.
