Steven E. Kaplow

Steven E. Kaplow recently retired after having served 30 years as an attorney in the CIA Office of General Counsel, specializing in intelligence and national security law. He served four years as Deputy General Counsel for the Director of National Intelligence for Intelligence and Operations. His last assignment was as legal advisor to the European and Eurasia (Russian) Mission Center at CIA. In 2018 he received the Director of National Intelligence Intelligence Community Legal Award for Lifetime Achievement.
