Stephen Rademaker

Stephen Rademaker is Senior of Counsel at Covington & Burling. He was Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control during the George W. Bush administration, and for ten years was Chief Counsel to the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives. He also served as Deputy Legal Adviser to the National Security Council and as National Security Advisor to the Majority Leader of the U.S. Senate.
