Tarah Wheeler

Tarah Wheeler is an information security executive, social scientist in the area of international conflict, author, and poker player. She is CEO of information security consultancy Red Queen Technologies, and a Cyber Project Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University‘s Kennedy School of Government.
