Tommaso De Zan

Tommaso De Zan is a Senior Consultant within the Digital Policy Team at ICF (UK), where he conducts research studies and impact assessments for the European Commission and other public sector organisations. Previously, he was a CEI Expert for ENISA, an Associate Fellow with the EUISS and a Researcher at the International Affairs Institute in Rome. He has a PhD in cybersecurity and education from the University of Oxford and a master’s degree in international security from the University of Bologna (Forlì).
