Tom Nachbar

Tom Nachbar is a professor of law at the University of Virginia School of Law, where he teaches and writes on constitutional law, trade regulation and national security. He also serves as a judge advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve and has previously served as a senior adviser at the Department of Defense.
