Yashar Parsie

Yashar Parsie is a fellow in the Russia and Europe Center at the United States Institute of Peace. His research focuses on strategic stability, escalation management, and arms control. Previously, Parsie was a military legislative assistant in the U.S. Senate and, prior to that, a researcher at Harvard’s Belfer Center. He is a graduate of the University of Washington.
