Zann Isacson

Zann Isacson holds a B.A. in International Relations from the College of William and Mary and a M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University, concentrating in terrorism and substate violence. She previously worked on Capitol Hill and at the Department of Defense and the Department of State.
