On a good day, cybersecurity is the topic that keeps on giving. Today is one of those days.  I just received a copy of the CRS report, Cybersecurity: Authoritative Reports and Resources which is, as its name suggests, a compendium (essentially a lightly annotated  bibliography) of reports and resources related to cybersecurity.  It has everything in it from bills, to hearings, to government reports, to authoritative external analysis like the recent Mandiant report on APT-1.  Highly recommended for anyone who labors in the field as an essential resource.  Kudos to CRS (Rita Tehan) for assembling it.
