In his statement, Connell does not say whether Judge James Pohl's ruling will affect the timing of a separate September motions hearing; he likewise does not say whether Judge Pohl granted the defense's request not to hold any further proceedings on Fridays. (The docket does not reflect entry of an order by the military commission, but one is expected shortly.)
