Lawfare is now accepting Spring 2025 internship applications. The selected candidate will have the option of working remotely or in a hybrid model based in Washington, D.C. Applications for this internship will be accepted on a rolling basis. The application period will close on Nov. 10, 2024. Lawfare will pay the selected intern $17.50 per hour. Full time applicants (those who can commit to 35 - 40 hours per week during regular business hours roughly 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET) are preferred. Part-time candidates—who can also work during regular business hours—will be considered. Please indicate in your cover letter whether you are applying for a full-time or part-time position. The Spring 2024 internship at Lawfare will run from Jan. 6 to May. 30, 2025, though start and end dates are flexible.

The George Washington University Law School seeks applications for a one-year graduate fellowship, specializing in national security, cybersecurity, and foreign relations law, beginning January 1, with the possibility of renewal for a second year. The Fellow will serve as a Visiting Associate Professor of Law. Fellows receive an annual stipend of $65,000, health insurance, and other benefits associated with a full-time position at GW.

Palantir is seeking applicants for the role of U.S. Government Legal Counsel. A J.D. degree and 3+ years of firm, in-house, or government experience (a combination is even better). The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $135,000 - $200,000/year. The Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University invites applicants for the Rothermere Chair in Technology Policy, a tenure-line position. The Walker Institute of International and Area Studies at the University of South Carolina, Columbia campus, invites applications for a full time, professional-track position at the rank of Instructor to begin August 16, 2024.
