Like everyone else I've been following the breaking NSA stories.  [And, as an aside, almost lost in the clutter is the Guardian's next revelation of PPD-20, the Administration's Top Secret cyber operations policy.   Whoever, the Guardian's source is, he has LOTS of access -- and I predict a very vigorous leak investigation].  I'll probably have more to say about the data mining aspects of the NSA program and the cyber operations policy later.  For now, however, as we head toward the weekend, I

Mr. Rosenzweig formerly served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy in the Department of Homeland Security.
