Well, that will teach us to post podcast interviews with NSA officials! We have been experiencing intermittent outages this morning. They appear to be the result of cyberattacks coming from IP addresses based in the Netherlands. The attacks actually started last week, so they may or may not have anything to do with this week's set of podcasts. Whatever the motive of the attackers, we're working on resolving the issue as soon as possible, so please bear with us. Unlike our problems earlier this year, I want to emphasize that today's issues are not the result of bad hosting. To the contrary, many thanks go to our excellent technical team at Blue Water Media, who have been acting quickly and efficiently to keep Lawfare up and visible. A brief message to whoever is doing this: Please cut it out. Whatever you think you're doing, you're not aiding any real discussion here. I doubt very much that Glenn Greenwald would approve of this. And one person whom I am confident would not approve is Edward Snowden's lawyer, who yesterday tweeted the following about the first installment of the podcast series.
