Monday, March 2nd at 1:30 pm: The Center for Strategic and International Studies will host a panel discussion on what's Driving the Internet of Things. Panelists will discuss new innovations, specifically vehicle-to-vehicle communication and self-driving cars, as well as the efforts of industry and government to address their privacy, liability, and security challenges. The panel will include O. Kevin Vincent, Michael Westra, and Nitesh Dhanjani. RSVP here.

Monday, March 2nd at 5 pm: At the Atlantic Council, General John Allen, Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL will deliver an address on The Future of the Fight Against ISIL. Register or watch the live stream here.

Tuesday, March 3rd at 10 am: The House Armed Services Committee will hold a hearing entitled The President's Proposed Authorization for Use of Military Force Against ISIL and U.S. Policy, Strategy, and Posture in the Greater Middle East. Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Christine Wormuth and CENTCOM Commander General Lloyd Austin will testify. Watch the hearing live on the committee website.

Wednesday, March 4th at 9 am: Former Prime Minster of Spain Felipe Gonzalez will deliver a keynote address at the Center for Strategic and International Studies on European and International Security: Countering Violent Extremism and Foreign Policy Aggression. The conversation will be moderated by Heather A. Conley and will feature introductory remarks by John J Hame and closing remarks by Zbigniew Brezezinski. RSVP here.
