Brittan Heller

Brittan Heller is a fellow at the Atlantic Council Digital Forensics Research Lab, studying XR’s connection to law and society. She practices international law, lectures at Stanford University, and is an affiliate at Stanford’s Cyber Policy Center. Heller serves on the World Economic Forum’s Metaverse Governance Initiative steering committee. From 2019-2020, she was an inaugural AI and Technology Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School, proposing a human rights-centric approach to XR, biometrics, and privacy.
