Daniel Schwarcz

Daniel Schwarcz is the Fredrikson & Byron Professor of Law at the University of Minnesota Law School. His scholarship focuses on a broad range of issues in insurance law and regulation, including the role of cyber insurers in managing catastrophic cyber risk and influencing cyber security practices.
