Harry Oppenheimer

Harry Oppenheimer is an assistant professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology School of Public Policy, where he studies the intersection of international security and the digital economy. His research focuses on digital globalization, economic statecraft, and the political economy of cybersecurity. His work has been published in political science and computer engineering, including Public Opinion Quarterly, the Journal of Peace Research, and USENIX Security. Prof. Oppenheimer received his Ph.D. in Government from Harvard University.
