Irina Manta

Irina D. Manta is a Professor of Law and the Founding Director of the Center for Intellectual Property Law (CIPL) at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. She previously served as an Assistant Professor at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bigelow Teaching Fellow and Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago Law School. She has a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. in psychology from Yale University. Her scholarship spans legal issues in intellectual property, citizenship, and technology. She blogs at The Volokh Conspiracy and co-hosts the podcast Strangers on the Internet.
