Lynn Kuok

Dr. Lynn Kuok is an associate fellow at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS)-Asia and a senior research fellow at the University of Cambridge. She has held fellowships at the Brookings Institution, Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Law School, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and the Center for International Law, National University of Singapore. She is also a council member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on International Security. She served as editor-in-chief of the Cambridge Review of International Affairs and the Singapore Law Review.
