Ryan Morhard

Ryan Morhard is Director for Policy and Partnerships at Ginkgo Bioworks. Previously, Ryan served at the World Economic Forum and in the US government, advancing international cooperation for global health security and on biosecurity innovation. Ryan received his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis and studied Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Center Affiliate at the Center for Global Health Science and Security at Georgetown University.
