Sara Plana

Sara Plana is a doctoral candidate in political science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a predoctoral fellow at the International Security Program at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. Her research focuses on proxy warfare, armed-group and military organizations, and control over the use of force. Prior to MIT, Sara worked for the U.S. Department of Defense.
